2 tbsp. steak seasoning rub
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 pounds boneless pork loin roast
1- Place in the ceramic pot the Foodi Cook and Crisp reversible rack.
2- Mix the steak seasoning rub, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
3- Rub the pork loin with the seasoning.
4- Close the crisping lid and press the Bake/Roast button before pressing the Start button. 5- Adjust the cooking time to 1 hour 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
