Broiled Cranberry Pork

Preparation Time: 1 hr. 35 minutes Serves: 6

Ingredients :

3 pounds boneless pork loin roast  

1 can cranberry sauce  

1/3 can French salad dressing  

1 onion, sliced

Directions :

1- Place the pork loin roast in the ceramic pot and pour the cranberry sauce and French salad dress. Top with onion.  

2- Close the crisping lid and press the Bake/Roast button before pressing the Start button.   3- Adjust the cooking time to 1 hour 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
