Brownie Sugar Ice

(Prep + Cook Time: 120 minutes | Servings: 6)


150 g butter

300g of good dark chocolate

100 g flour

1 sachet of vanilla sugar ( 7g )

1 pinch of salt

250 g of semolina sugar

4 egg

150g cashew nuts or crushed walnuts


1- Melt the butter and the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Stirring constantly.

2- In a container, mix the flour with vanilla sugar, salt and semolina sugar.

3- Pour the chocolate mixture over the flour mixture. Add the eggs one by one and then the cashew nuts crushed. Mix until a soft dough is obtained.

4- Oil and flour the mold and pour the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °c for about 30 minutes. by checking the cooking. Sprinkle with a little icing sugar and serve cold.
