Rump Roast - Daily Creep

Rump Roast

Preparation Time: 1 hr. 35 minutes

Ingredients :

2 tbsp. olive oil  

1/2 tsp. thyme  

1/2 tsp. garlic powder   

1 1/2 tsp. chopped chives  

2 pounds pork rump  

Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions :

1- Place in the ceramic pot the Foodi Cook and Crisp reversible rack.

2- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, thyme, garlic powder, chives, salt, and pepper. This will be the seasoning.   

3- Rub the pork rump with the seasoning.   

4- Close the crisping lid and press the Bake/Roast button before pressing the START button.   5- Adjust the cooking time to 1 hour 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
